Sophia Klobe is currently a 19-year-old sophomore at Saint Louis University earning a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with minors in Dance and Actuarial Studies. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2022 with the high honor of being Valedictorian of her class. Sophia has been dancing since she was four, starting her journey at the Professional Dance Center. She has trained in many styles of dance including tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, and contemporary - tap being her favorite. Sophia has participated in many musical theatre productions around the St. Louis area. She is currently a part of Xquizit, SLU’s only hip-hop dance team. Sophia has been an STLRC Pre-Professional Program student for 2 seasons and has participated in STLRC and moSTLy TAP programs since 2017. She is grateful to Maria Majors and Rain Stippec for giving her this amazing opportunity. She would also like to thank her parents for supporting her through everything.
